The Most Expensive ETSY Superb Bowl Commercial - Novelty T-Shirts for the Stupid Rich
I wrote, directed, starred in, edited, and created the VFX for The Most Expensive Etsy, a parody Super Bowl commercial for a fictional Etsy shop that sells $50,000 T-shirts with witty, ironic slogans. Designed to mimic the high production value and tongue-in-cheek tone of real Super Bowl ads, the sketch combines glossy visuals with sharp satire, poking fun at the culture of status, branding, and consumer excess. Handling every aspect of production—from concept and performance to post and finishing—I crafted a spot that plays both as a slick commercial and a comedy sketch. The result was a polished, over-the-top video that highlighted my range as a filmmaker and my ability to deliver humor with big-budget style, even on an indie scale.
